Bent Rims and Pothole Damage

Anyone who commutes on I-93 knows the potholes. A bent rim causes vibration and slow leaks, and a cracked one gets worse. We take the tire off to straighten the rim and check the whole barrel for cracks, then remount and balance it. Many cracks can be welded, which usually costs far less than a new wheel.

Curb Rash Repair

Granite curbs and tight city parking are hard on wheels. We repair curb rash, scrapes and gouges and refinish them to match the factory color, and we re-cut machined and diamond-cut faces on our CNC lathe. A repair usually costs a fraction of a new OEM wheel, and fixing a leased car before turn-in can head off a damage charge.

Powder Coating for Car and Truck Wheels

We powder coat car, SUV and pickup truck wheels up to 24 inches, in the color you choose, from gloss black to gunmetal grey. Each wheel is stripped and straightened first, so the new finish goes on a true wheel. PVD chroming is available too.

Unfortunately, a local dealer dropped one of my brand new 22 inch rims on its face :/ With a planned relocation, I needed the wheel repaired in less than 10 days. They promptly came out, removed the damaged wheel and put my truck up on proper supports.
