I had a cracked rim, and a bent rim, and Jesse explained the process and the repairs in great detail. They went above and beyond in making sure the crack was able to be repaired, and spent extra time with my other wheels making sure they were not impacted by the prior strain. Not only was this cost effective for me, but if we had not been able to repair, Jesse was all-in on making sure I wasn’t left without guidance on a replacement.
