I have a brand new Tesla Model Y which has an updated rim color that has been refreshed for mid 2026. I scraped a curb very narrowly but it was enough to cause some curb rash. I had a cracked rim, and a bent rim, and Jesse explained the process and the repairs in great detail. They went above and beyond in making sure the crack was able to be repaired, and spent extra time with my other wheels making sure they were not impacted by the prior strain. Not only was this cost effective for me, but if we had not been able to repair, Jesse was all-in on making sure I wasn’t left without guidance on a replacement. Very efficient gentleman came to remove all 4 wheels on a Tuesday, they were back on our car the following Monday. They look brand new! I could not have asked for anything more! I had picked up 2005 Mercedes SLK350 coupe Convertible for a summer vehicle.Unfortunately, the previous owner couldn't stay away from curbs.... The rims were pretty beat up... So I reached out to Jesse.. We had a few conversations.He was extremely detailed on what he wanted to do.And how he was going to perform the work.. So I ended up going with him... It was very convenient... His guy came to me removed the tires and rims and left it on a jack stand. Once jesse started work , he had concerns with my rims... He wasn't a hundred percent happy with the finish... He told me he wanted to do another coat.And it would make them look better... mind you at no extra cost...Needless to say the rims came out beautiful!! they like brand new. I can't say enough about this place... If you're considering having your rims reconditioned, I would highly recommend ultimate wheel pros Outstanding job!!.. I have one example of a before and after😉
